THE PHOTOGRAPHER
Hello!! My name is Julia. I am a photographer who is passionate about capturing unique moments. I seriously began to venture into photography when I got my first camera in 2018. I soon became obsessed with the fundamentals that make a great photograph such as lighting, balance, composition, and use of space. I experimented with what my camera could do. Constantly asking people to model for me as I developed my skills.

Mountain Biking
I began mountain biking in 2016. I have found some of my greatest friends through this amazing sport. My first job was at my local bike shop as a mechanic in high school then I worked at a company manufactures bike components. After graduating I got the opportunity to assist in coaching the middle/high school mountain bike team.
School Life
I graduated from high school in 2022. During that time I had the opportunity to be a PSEO student. I was able to receive over 60 college credits by the time I graduated high school. Now I am a full time student on my way to becoming an Echocardiographer (an ultrasound technician) through a program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Faith
As a follower of Jesus, I believe that everyone is created in God's image and I strive to capture the beauty and love of humanity in every photograph I take. For me, photography is more than just capturing a moment. It’s about displaying God’s beauty in every image I take. By striving to serve as Jesus did and respecting everyone I meet, I approach every photoshoot with love and compassion. With every shot, I aim to showcase the love and joy to be had that exists in every moment of life.
